Emptaris Privacy Notice

Emptaris is operated by 3LETTERS STUDIO, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company. This notice covers emptaris.com and its enabled company services.

We process account/contact details, authentication and organization roles, uploaded material, generated work, source references, operational/security metadata, billing references and support correspondence to deliver and secure the selected service, administer payment and handle requests. The customer controls what it submits and who receives company access. For customer-directed processing we act under the customer's instructions; payment, fraud prevention and our own account administration may involve separate legal roles. The public demo remains unsuitable for confidential information.

Vercel hosts the application; Supabase provides authentication, database and private file storage. The production database is configured in us-east-1, but support, telemetry and other operations can occur elsewhere. Stripe handles payments; Emptaris receives payment identifiers/status, not a request to send full card details to support. Titan provides the support mailbox. When an AI feature is enabled, selected content and instructions are sent through the disclosed gateway/provider to produce the result. Company-funded drafting uses Vercel AI Gateway with OpenAI. Separately enabled supplier retrieval uses Perplexity. These routes apply only when the corresponding feature is enabled; an AI drafting subscription does not itself include research. Supported customer-connected OpenAI or DeepSeek routes receive selected content under the customer's own provider account.

Provider retention and permitted use vary by service, endpoint, configuration and agreement. We do not promise zero retention, no model training by every provider, or processing exclusively in the United States. We disclose the enabled AI route and applicable provider terms before use; customers should not submit material inconsistent with those terms. Disabling application telemetry is not proof of upstream deletion. No Emptaris SOC 2 certification or contractual uptime SLA is claimed.

We retain company records while needed for the account, customer instructions, security and legal obligations. Canceling billing does not erase them. The current data-request workflow records a request for review; it does not itself delete database rows, files, extracts, generated versions, backups or provider copies. Contact support@emptaris.com for access, correction, export, deletion or other applicable rights. We verify authority, identify the records and any lawful retention exceptions, and explain what has actually been completed. We will respond within applicable legal requirements; no shorter support SLA is promised. Exporting accessible records is not a complete system backup. Customer-downloaded copies remain under the customer's control.

Changes to content-processing providers

We will give 30 days' notice before adding a new content-processing provider. You may raise reasonable data-protection objections. If no workable alternative is available, you may terminate the affected service and receive a refund of its unused prepaid portion. We will not unilaterally add arbitrary AI routes to confidential workflows.
